Robin Hood Festival

Hello! We are happy to host a “Sip & Shop” event in our beautiful upstairs ballroom space during the Robin Festival this year. We are hosting the event on Saturday, July 20th, 2024 between 11am and 3pm (we can actually stay as late as 5:30pm if necessary). We are looking for vendors who specifically make their own products, whether it be arts and crafts, jewelry, food items, art, etc. We are not looking for Multi-Level-Marketing companies for this specific event.

If you are interested in joining, the fee is $35 and we provide a table and a chair in our Air-conditioned space. The tables are around 5’ in length, some a little larger. You will need to bring your own tablecloth and any displays you need (small stands, etc).

Although we cannot guarantee how many will come upstairs to our space, we do know that the Robin Hood festival brings visitors in from all over and some might be looking for some respite in a nice air conditioned space, where they can shop while enjoying a mimosa! Please fill out the attached questionnaire and submit it. As a board we will choose the vendors based on the best fit. We do try to avoid having competing vendors for the same show (i.e. two vendors selling candles as their main business, etc).

Our address is 22520 SW Washington street, Sherwood OR. We are right in the heart of Old Town where festival attendees will be walking by. We will have an A-frame sign advertising our event, along with social media advertising.
