Roles available I Rise: 1 man age 55 - 65 1 Woman age 35 - 50 1 Woman - plus size - age 40 - 55 All Cotton: 2 Women age 18 - 35 The Actor: 1 Man age 18 - 25 1 Man age 40- 50 1 Man age 50 - 60 1 Woman age 35 - 45 3 males 18 - 25 2 female 18 - 25 I Rise in Flame, Cried the Phoenix by Tennessee Williams THE STORY: Three characters, Lawrence, Frieda and Bertha Brett. We see Lawrence at the very end of his career, and recognize him as the erratic, inspired, ill-tempered genius who was never able to come to terms with life. All Cotton by Shel Silverstein THE STORY: Jill is furious because the guaranteed not-to-shrink blouse she bought shrunk six sizes in the wash, and Rachel, the store clerk, won’t give her a cash refund. The Actor by Horton Foote THE STORY: This play tells the hilarious and moving story of a young man, bitten by the acting bug, who’ll make any sacrifice to keep his dream of a theatrical career alive.
